Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Farm4All! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of farm4all.co, participation in our farm services, farm visits, mobile petting zoo events, microgreens and egg orders, and all related offerings.

By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

General Use of the Website

By accessing or using farm4all.co, you agree to:

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to disrupt or hack the site
  • Not reproduce or copy website content without permission
  • Provide accurate information when filling out forms or booking services

Farm4All reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Booking Policies

Event Reservations

When booking a mobile petting zoo, farm visit, birthday party package, or traveling event:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your date
  • Full payment is due before or on the day of the event unless otherwise arranged
  • Travel fees may apply depending on distance

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Farm4All.

Customer Responsibilities

To keep our animals and staff safe, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe, clean, level area for setup
  • Ensure children are supervised at all times
  • Follow all posted and verbal safety instructions
  • Keep dogs or other pets away from the animals during the event

Farm4All Responsibilities

Farm4All will:

  • Arrive on time or notify you immediately of delays
  • Bring healthy, well-cared-for animals
  • Provide all necessary equipment for the event
  • Operate with professionalism, safety, and care

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may receive a refund (minus non-refundable deposit, if applicable)
  • Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling, depending on availability

Weather Policy

Farm4All may reschedule or modify service if weather conditions are unsafe for the animals (extreme heat, lightning, heavy rain, snow/ice).
We will work with you to find the soonest available alternative date.

Animal Safety & Conduct

Your safety and our animals’ wellbeing are our top priorities.
You agree that:

  • Rough handling, chasing, or climbing on animals is prohibited
  • Feeding animals is only permitted with Farm4All approval
  • Farm4All staff may remove an animal or end an activity if safety is a concern

Farm4All reserves the right to end an event early if dangerous behavior occurs (no refunds issued).

Health & Allergy Notice

Animals can trigger allergies or sensitivities.

By participating in an event or farm activity, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for communicating any allergies to staff
  • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
  • Hand-washing or sanitizing after touching animals is strongly encouraged

Sales of Eggs, Microgreens, & Products

Farm4All sells farm-fresh eggs, microgreens, seasonal produce, and small farm-related items.

By purchasing, you understand:

  • Eggs are sold unwashed unless otherwise stated
  • Products are offered “as-is,” depending on availability
  • Pickup times may vary based on production
  • Due to the nature of agricultural products, all sales are final

Liability Waiver

By booking or participating in a Farm4All service, you agree that Farm4All, its owners, staff, and contractors:

  • Are not responsible for injuries resulting from normal farm or animal interactions
  • Cannot be held liable for damaged clothing, minor scratches, or accidental bumps from animals
  • Are not responsible for property damage caused by animals unless clearly due to negligence

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

(If you'd like a separate formal waiver document with signature lines, I can create that too.)

Photography & Media

Farm4All may take photos or videos during events to share on our website or social media.

We will never post identifiable images of children without direct permission.

You may request that we:

  • Avoid photographing your event
  • Blur or remove specific images

Intellectual Property

All website content—including photos, videos, logos, text, and graphics—is the property of Farm4All.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute content without written permission
  • Use our branding for your own business

Third-Party Links

Farm4All may link to other websites or booking platforms.
We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Termination of Services

Farm4All reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time due to:

  • Unsafe environments
  • Aggressive behavior toward staff or animals
  • Violation of these Terms

Refunds may or may not be issued depending on the situation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.
Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated Terms.

Return and Refund Policy

At Farm4All, we care deeply about providing high-quality experiences, healthy animals, and fresh, local products. Because our offerings include live animals, fresh food items, special events, and one-of-a-kind services, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with standard agricultural practices.

Please review the policies below depending on your purchase or booking type.

Event Bookings (Mobile Petting Zoo, Birthday Parties, Farm Visits)

Deposits

  • Event deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and prevent other bookings.

Cancellations by the Customer

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but may qualify for reschedulingdepending on availability.

Rescheduling

  • We will make every effort to reschedule your event due to illness, emergencies, or conflicts.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Farm4All may cancel, modify, or reschedule events in the case of:

  • Heavy rain
  • Thunder/lightning
  • Extreme heat/cold
  • Unsafe conditions for the animals

If Farm4All must cancel due to weather:

  • You may reschedule at no additional cost
  • Or receive a full refund (including deposit) if no alternative date works for you

Farm-Fresh Eggs, Microgreens, and Seasonal Produce

Due to the nature of fresh agricultural products:

All sales of eggs, microgreens, and produce are final.

This includes:

  • Egg subscriptions
  • Individual egg purchases
  • Microgreens orders
  • Seasonal vegetables, herbs, or plants

We do not accept returns or refunds for fresh or perishable items unless there is a quality issue.

Quality Concerns

If you feel there is a problem with your product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery
  • Include a photo if possible

We may:

  • Replace the product
  • Offer a credit toward a future order
  • Or determine the item was for-consumption-only with no issue

Refunds on perishable products are issued at Farm4All’s discretion.

Merchandise & Physical Goods

For non-perishable physical items (e.g., Farm4All merch, small products):

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item arrived damaged)

Refunds will be issued once items are received and inspected.

Digital Products (Printables, Downloads, Guides)

All digital items are non-refundable once delivered.
If you have trouble downloading or need adjustments, we are happy to assist.

Farm4All-Initiated Cancellations

Farm4All may cancel an event due to:

  • Unsafe environment
  • Animal illness
  • Staff emergency
  • Severe weather
  • Equipment failure

Customers will be offered:

  • A rescheduled date, or
  • A full refund, including deposit

No-Show Policy

If the customer:

  • Does not show up for a pickup, or
  • Is not present for a scheduled event (with no communication)

No refunds will be issued.

Late Fees / Delays

For event setups:

  • Delays caused by the customer may reduce event time
  • No discounts or refunds are given for reduced time due to customer delay
  • If the delay makes the event unsafe or impossible to complete, Farm4All may leave with no refund

We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
